this was probably the first bass line I wrote on my new bass when I got it last spring. the "head", as it were, is, or was, was written on the bass. the tiny cute keyboard intermission was a live take of my son playing the bass part and me playing the melody, all improvised. the sample of German children's poetry was manipulated in real time, a single take. Taleggio is apparently a cheese, one I've never had or even seen anywhere. I'm not sure what a Relaxed Taleggio would be, but someone on the WFMU comment board said they were enjoying it, at some point in the not-so-distant past.
Magnificently haunting songs that are full of shadow and fog, Sara Ardizzoni’s imposing alto cutting a path through a thicket of guitar. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 15, 2022
Space rock jams get experimental and slightly evil with zoned out synths and wheezing guitar lines plus soft, sweet vocals. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 20, 2017
A brave experimental record from the Cecilia Lopez & Ingrid Laubrock running darting sax lines through dense electronics & processing. Bandcamp New & Notable Sep 10, 2023
Described as a series of “self-exorcisms,” “Ego De Espinhos” is a brain-melting foray into experimental electronics. Bandcamp New & Notable Feb 4, 2019
